A member of our team will then personally contact you to confirm every detail and arrange a delivery or installation date at your convenience.

Our team will take the time to understand your individual requirements, offering considered, expert guidance to ensure you select the most appropriate solution. Where you prefer, we can arrange for a What’s App video call or a discreet site visit to your home or business, allowing us to assess your needs and recommend the ideal installation with precision and care.

Ordering by Invoice (Trade, Corporate & Government)
We are pleased to support our trade, corporate, and government clients with the flexibility of ordering by invoice, subject to approval.
Our experienced team ensures a discreet, efficient, and professional process tailored to organisational requirements. Orders may be submitted by email, with invoices payable please within 30 days of delivery.
To ensure prompt processing, please include the following within your official purchase order:
Company name
Delivery and invoice address
Purchase order number
Company registration and VAT number
Site contact name and telephone number
Authorised signatory

What Happens After You Order
Step 1 – Order Received
As soon as your order is placed, our team securely logs it and you’ll receive a confirmation email straight to your inbox. It’s our way of letting you know everything is in hand.
Step 2 – Order Review
We take a moment to carefully check every detail you have chosen —lock type, delivery preferences, and any optional extras. This is to ensure that everything is exactly as you requested.
Step 3 – Personal Confirmation
One of our friendly team members will give you a call or email to personally confirm all the details, including access, positioning, flooring for us to protect, and any site-specific considerations, such as threshold steps and any stairs. This ensures everything is perfectly prepared before your safe arrives and we have the correct man-power and equipment with us.
Delivery Options
Complimentary Delivery Only
If you’ve chosen our complimentary free delivery service, we’ll confirm whether your safe will be delivered by our own team or a trusted courier. Often for *delivery only drop offs, these safes tend to be delivered on a euro pallet for safety and ease of their delivery to you. We will also helpfully, be able to agree on a delivery date that suits you best.
Please note: *complimentary/free delivery is kerbside drop off only - please check you are comfortable and have the appropriate equipment to move the weight of your safe/cabinet .
Delivery & Installation
If you’ve opted for our delivery and installation service, our specialist team will handle everything with care and precision. We’ll contact you to schedule a convenient date, including a two-hour arrival window, so you know exactly when to expect us. We can even call you when we are approximately 30 minutes way to give you a more accurate arrival time
