In many cases, yes. Our employed installation engineers regularly install safes on upper floors. Before installation, we assess access routes, staircases and floor construction to ensure the safe can be installed safely.

How long does installation take?

Installation time will depend on the location of the safe and the complexity of the installation.

In most cases, a standard ground floor installation takes approximately 30–60 minutes. Installations involving stairs, specialist lifting equipment or difficult access may take longer.

Our installation team will always discuss access requirements with you before arranging your installation.

Before your delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient date for your safe to be delivered and installed.

On the day, we’ll provide you with a two-hour delivery window (traffic permitting), so you won’t need to wait in all day. For added convenience, we’re also happy to call or text you when we’re approximately 30 minutes away, giving you plenty of notice before we arrive.
